Master Plan Updates

Building our Tomorrow, Together

We are pleased to share the vision for the future and growth of St. Anastasia through our Master Planning process.

Master Planning Process

What is the Master Plan and why do we need one?

A Master Plan is a valuable tool that can provide a roadmap to help us grow over time. With this plan, we are able to create achievable milestones to help our parish and school grow with purpose.

In 2008 the leadership team began this process to include goals such as:

  1. Improved security, traffic flow and parking
  2. Construct a new multipurpose building to be used as a gymnasium and events/meeting space
  3. HVAC for the church and school

This process was halted amid the financial recession, and the plan was never finished. Since then, the goals to grow remained, however the need still remained.

In 2024, the team took up the process with a new architect firm, and with careful planning, created the plan to arm St. Anastasia with a path to grow with purpose.

Parish Life Center

Full-Sized Field

Improved Parking

Multi-use Gymnasium and Events Center

Imagine the possibilities of a Parish Life Center!

With this new building we can provide many opportunities to gather as a parish community! A full-sized gymnasium to allow for youth and adult sporting activities. With a stage and seating, we can host community events, speakers, and performances. The PLC can also be available for space rentals to provide added revenue to the parish.

A full-sized sports field allows for our students to have a full-sized field to practice and compete on. We can use the field for other community sporting and gathering events, too, creating an additional revenue stream.

These new spaces will provide ample opportunities for our parish to do so much more - the possibilities are endless!

The Parish Life Center:

  • Full-Size Basketball & Volleyball Courts
  • Stage, Seating, Storage
  • Commercial Kitchen
  • Athletics Offices
  • Secure Entrance/Exit
  • Outdoor Blacktop Space

Full-Size Field

  • Full-Sized Sports Field (U12 Soccer, MS Flag Football)

Parking and Traffic Flow

  • Increased Number of Parking Spaces
  • Improved Traffic Patterns for School Carpool Lines
